1 on 1 Coaching
For the individuals looking for personal coaching, we provide one on one sessions. These sessions typically last an hour in duration and consist of jump rope, shadowboxing, bag work and a mitt session. This isn't your local gym's personal trainer telling you to hit a bag while on a bosu ball, this is an hour of training like a professional fighter.
Small Structured Classes
We also provide a number of structured boxing training classes weekly. These classes include boxers of all skill levels however these classes are typically accompanied by our competition team. We keep these classes small and structured and cap out the number of participants to make sure that we can retain the quality of our instruction.
